The perfect end to 2025

2025 was well and truly rounded off in style, with our M&E exploits placing us second in the eagerly-anticipated C&IT’s Top 50 Agencies 2025 rankings.

The industry’s top-performing MICE agencies are annually ranked using survey insights from agency leaders which are measured against a broad set of performance indicators.

As Clarity’s specialist events division we’re delighted to see us move up from fourth to second in the rankings which appear alongside a number of other top 10s, which showcase standout agencies in areas such as head count growth, average event attendance, and turnover per employee.

The new-look Top 50 list reveals that you don’t have to be a top agency in London either.

In fact 60% of the agencies are based outside London and many are growing – 84% of the top 50 have reported positive year-on-year turnover growth - thanks to creativity and good leadership following the pandemic which is thankfully consigned to the history books.

This success could be attributed to the fact that the vast majority are full-service agencies which can plan anything from employee conferences and executive meetings to product launches and partner conferences.

It highlights that the top players are not niche specialists, it shows they can handle anything for their clients which Brighter– micebook’s Best UK Agency 2025 - has achieved over the past year.

Our team, under the name of Clarity, came in 2nd in the Top Agencies by Total Annual Turnover Top 10, and 3^rd in The Top 10 Agencies by Turnover per Employee report.

Understandably the team is delighted following a hugely successful year and can’t wait to see what 2026 holds, especially CEO Pat McDonagh.

His prediction for the 12 months ahead?

“There will be an increasing focus on the convergence of travel, meetings and events. As budgets become tighter and more challenged, it’s essential that businesses are in control of all aspects of spend. Agencies who are able to deliver and provide the data on all aspects will be best placed to meet this need. At Clarity, as well as our specialist events division Brighter, we will be focussing on delivering the deep technical integration of our travel and meetings technologies allowing full visibility of travel to and from events, alongside the optimisation of venue selection based on cost, time and CO2 emissions.”
