Our MeetingsPro technology, and the team which continually works to improve it, are bona fide trailblazers of the meetings and events industry.

And it’s not just us saying it, our peers recognise it too.

MeetingsPro was shortlisted as a finalist in the Best Innovation category at the mia List (meetings industry association)awards in 2022, while the team behind the tech won the Programme Achiever category at The Institute of Travel Management (ITM) Achievement awards.

The software also made the final of last year’s Business Travel Awards Europe in the Technology innovation – Meetings& Events category.

More than 15 years ago, the software began its journey – since then it has had four different names.

It became MeetingsPro in 2017 and has now had more than 55,000 bookers and more than 340,000 bookings.

But the development does not stop there, it never does.

The award-winning team has its eye on more innovative, industry-leading updates but we’ll keep those to ourselves for the time being.
