Finalists in Greengage Sustainability Awards 2025

We are finalists in the Event Management Company category, alongside ACF Events, Eventurous, veSpace and Viva Esprit.

The awards are designed to celebrate companies in the travel, hospitality and event industries that are leading the way in sustainability, showcasing outstanding efforts to create a greener future.

With all entries being sent for judging last month, we had to answer various questions in the award submission including:

• How do you integrate sustainability into every stage of event planning and execution
• What are the key sustainability challenges you face when managing events and how do you overcome them?
• How do you work with venues and suppliers to ensure sustainable event practices are adhered to?
• How do you balance client expectations with the need for sustainability in event management?
• Can you highlight a recent event where sustainability was a major focus and how you delivered it successfully.

All the finalists are now looking forward to heading to BMA House in London on May 9 for the awards ceremony.

And the good news does not stop there as our parent company, Clarity Business Travel, are also finalists in three categories.

They have made the shortlist in the Travel Management Company (over 101 employees) and Organisational Engagement & Cultural Change categories, plus Anisha Tansley is in the running for the Rising Star (Individual) Award.
