A volunteering day was one of the team’s highlights this month, as well as planning our own client conference in London.

Paul Casement, our Executive Director of Groups, Meetings and Events, and Fraser Thomson, Senior Account Manager, worked alongside colleagues from Siemens and Enterprise for a day at FareShare Greater Manchester.

The good cause fights hunger and tackles food waste by distributing tonnes of surplus food to more than 250 frontline charities, community organisations and schools in the region.

Fraser said:

“We all got stuck in helping the charities and communities that FareShare support as well as donating food for their cause (a full cage in fact!). All in all our efforts yesterday supported the equivalent of 1,900 meals across 200 charities. The sun was out, we got to network, have fun, all whilegiving back to the community - the perfect day.”

Last week, we planned parent company Clarity Business Travel’s client conference in London at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul’s.

We also got chance to take to the stage to present to all the invited guests about our event planning capabilities, including the low down on our award-winning One Global Unity Forum earlier this year.

There were lots of other tasks we successfully completed over the course of the past month too.

We were on-site at the NIHR Academy in Leeds, as well as at networking events in Chester and London for the same client, and a long-service awards in Derby.

The team were also present to support at an event for a prestige car manufacturer in Stanstead, while also carrying out site visits fora client at various venues in Malta, as well as visiting Victoria Baths inManchester and a venue in Duxford for other clients.

Once again, the team worked alongside the events team at the Royal British Legion for five days at a festival in London, as well as another event for a car manufacturer, this time in Birmingham.

Meanwhile, one of the team has been attending in VOYAGE Sri Lanka 2025 seeing first hand the diverse offerings the island has to offer.

And there’s lots more to come before the year’s out too…
